Road Trip 2020!!!

We joined Mike and DJ on an amazing road trip form June 8th - June 18th. We decided to join along since my salon was still closed down...I normally would never get this kind of time off. They announced that I can open back up shortly after we booked this trip. It was a little stressful over the timing of everything but I am so glad we decided to do this. It was so nice to get out in nature and leave the craziness behind.
We headed out about 6:30am on June 8th and arrived in Vegas just in time for breakfast

we made it to Zion about 1:00 in the afternoon

pool time after dinner

our favorite coffee shop in Zion

we were so lucky to get a chance to hike the Narrows....definitely the highlight of the trip

a little deer visiting our hotel

we left Zion on  June 11th and stopped at Cedar Breaks..the scenery was amazing

we stopped in Provo Utah for the night

having dinner in Provo

the kids thought the indoor pool was amazing LOL

we left the next morning headed to Wyoming

auntie DJ took the kids on a little carriage ride

we spent a full day exploring Yellowstone

picnic lunch

we got back so late, we ended up having pizza in our hotel room that night...I think the kids were overtired and silly from the long day LOL

doing some more exploring the next day

we found an awesome toy store

dinner together on our last night

we left the next morning and headed to St. George Utah. Mike and DJ continued on their journey...they were headed up to many more states...wish we could have joined for the full trip

We stopped in Vegas on our last night. We stayed at Treasure Island

Sadie is obsessed with Paris and the Eiffel Tower. She was so excited to see this replica

the kids LOVED the M&M Factory

a little swim time before dinner

our room had two bathrooms and one had a Jacuzzi tub...the kids thought it was the coolest thing

we went to dinner at Nacho Daddy. I have been wanting to try their vegan nachos and they did not disappoint

It wouldn't be complete without a funny story.....so we got back to our house and realized that when my parents were taking care of our house they locked the garage door...I only brought my garage opener and not my keys...my parents were in Arrowhead with the spare key so Ryan had to climb on the roof and break into our bathroom window LOL never a dull moment!
We had such a great time and did not want to come home. Can't wait for our next road trip
