Staying Home

This has been such a crazy time now that we are adjusting to the "stay  at home order." My last day of work was March 20th and since then we have been getting used to this new normal. During the week we have the kids on a good schedule for school with computer learning, meeting with their teachers, creative writing and silent reading. I have been enjoying the silent reading part with them. When the weather is nice, we enjoy a long bike ride together

it was our friend Allie's 9th birthday so we surprised her with a parade to wish her Happy Birthday and we all made signs. It was so nice to see all of our friends

we usually order our groceries online but they have been taking about 3 days to get here so I decided to suck it up and go to the store. It is mandatory to wear a mask now when leaving your house so this is how I had to go out....it definitely was an unsettling feeling
