We have started a new tradition this year called Elf on the Shelf. The "Elf" arrives anytime after Thanksgiving and stays with the family until Christmas Eve. Our Elf arrived on November 30 this year. He brought the kids a new scented pillow and his story book. Holden was the first to discover him and he was sooooo excited. The kids named him Snowflake.....here is a few pictures of Snowflakes arrival.....
Tonight we did our wrapped Christmas book tradition. I put our old fake Christmas tree in Holden's room this year so that is where we are doing our nightly readings
