Canada Fun

We had a great vacation visiting our family in Canada. The airport and plane ride was a bit stressful with the kids but we made it with no big issues....

 

 the kids lasted in their own seats for about 5 minutes then they wanted to play musical chairs the rest of the ride

 the next morning Mel, Shane and the boys came for a visit

 we headed over to Mel and Shane's for some backyard fun

 the next morning we headed out to the lake

 on Saturday July 13 we were told to be at Mel and Shane's house at 3:30 for a family picture......little did we know that we were going to a wedding. It was an awesome surprise and we are so happy that we had the chance to be there for the big day

 we all stayed over at Mel's house that night. Everyone woke up a bit tired so Mel, Shane, Ryan and I took Holden and Linc out on the boat to relax

 we had a little birthday party for Holden, Maddie and Sadie at Mel's house. I was able to snap a few pictures but my battery died and I left my back up at Kris's house, I was so bummed

 we had really great weather on our visit. We had a chance to see a little thunder storm. It did not last very long at all. The kids had a blast running in the rain and thought the thunder was awesome

 this is Earl the squirrel. The kids would feed him peanuts at the back door every morning

 Mel, Shane, Ryan and I got to go for a relaxing dinner at Brewery Bay. This is one of my favorites restaurants to visit when we are there

 There was a big Scottish festival at the park near Mel's house. Everyone walked down to check it out. I stayed back with Sadie so she could have a nap
