Birthday Party Time

We celebrated my grandpa and Ryan's birthday yesterday at my parents house. We had fun swimming and enjoying the warm weather

Ryan's Bithday

Thursday the 26th was Ryan's 38th birthday. Unfortunately he had a really long day at work. His birthday also fell on the kids gymnastics night. Ryan met us at the kids gymnastics practice

 

 by the time we got home it was around the kids bed time. Earlier in the day the kids and I made daddy some chocolate cupcakes. I told the kids they could stay up to sing happy birthday

First Day of Gymnastics Class

We have had Holden and Maddie on a waiting list at the Redlands Gymnastics Club for a few weeks now and they finally got an opening on Thursday nights. Tonight was the kids first class. We did not know what their reaction would be to the class. They have never been in this type of structured setting. They surprised us both by doing amazing. They listened to everything the teachers told them and participated in all the activities. They can't wait until next Thursday!!!

Uncle Mike's Birthday Weekend

 

We celebrated Mike's birthday this weekend up in Lake Arrowhead. I had Friday off so my mom and I drove the kids up and stayed the night. I had to work on Saturday so I left in the morning. Everyone got up there in the early afternoon and enjoyed the awesome weather. I got up there just in time to enjoy some dinner.

 Nathan was super tired so we had to get a picture of Mike blowing out his birthday candle before putting Nate to bed

 the next morning was so nice and warm that we hung out on the deck
