Dinner date

We met up with the Ungar's last night at our favorite "kids" restaurant. The kids love the food and eat it all up because they know they get to go to the play room for some fun games and rides after, it's a win win

 

 this is where having three kids gets a bit tricky, it's hard to keep your eye on all three at the same time so I caved and bought a "leash" don't judge me.....I was always against them before I had kids but now I will do whatever it takes to not have a stressful situation. Sadie however was not a fan, she figured out pretty quick that it kept her from running and threw a fit.

Happy Birthday Amma

We celebrated my mom's birthday at my parents house yesterday. The guys went to a Reign hockey game in the afternoon then joined us for dinner. All the grand kids helped amma blow out her candles and open her gifts

Nathan's Baby Shower

We had a baby shower for little Nathan today. We had such a fun day and this little man is one spoiled boy with all the great gifts he received. That's ok, he deserves it!!!

Valentine's Day

We did not have a very exciting Valentine's Day this year, just an ordinary day at home with our family......the kids enjoyed dressing up in the outfits that amma bought them.

 

 little Sadie is the only one that kept her outfit on the whole day. Holden and Maddie are into changing their outfits about 10 times a day......no joke

Holden's first trip to the Dentist

On Monday Holden had his first dentist appointment. It could not have gone better. Our Dentist is so awesome with kids. She is so gentle and patient. He actually can't wait for his 6 month check up!!

we have been trying to break the soother for a while now. He only gets it at night and sometimes if he takes a nap. Our dentist told him a little story about when she was a kid, she had to give all her soothers to the "little kids." She gathered them all up, put them in a bag and dropped them off in the mailbox. The "kids" sent her back a toy. Holden was pretty excited about this story so when we got home we did the same. The "kids" left Holden some money to pick out a toy at target. He was so excited. The first night was a little rough, about 10 minutes of crying for his soother, but after telling him how happy the "little kids" are to have his soothers he settled down. Thank goodness to finally be done with the soother. Now we have to work on Maddie and Sadie.
