9 months old

On March 22 little Maddie turned 9 months old!! Here are some facts about our baby girl.....

*Weighs 19 lbs

*is 29 1/2 inches long (95%)

*she is almost crawling. She can pretty much scoot her way around the room

*has her bottom 2 teeth

* stands in her crib

*is wearing 9 month and 12 month clothes

*wears size 3 diapers (same as her 21 month brother)

*Loves all fruits and sweet veggies like squash and carrots. I have to mix the green veggies with apple sauce or yogurt

*sleeps from 8:30 pm to 7:30 or 8 am

Maddie is such a good girl. We are so blessed to have her in our lives. We love you so much Maddie girl!

Another year older

On March 23 I turned 31. We were planning a Vegas getaway but since I am expecting baby #3 we decided to wait until next year. I had a bit of a gambling itch so we headed to Temecula with our friends Hillary and Logan. We had such a blast. My parents had the kids overnight so we got to relax and have some fun. I had to toast to my birthday with water this year

I got spoiled up this year. My mother-in-law painted me this awesome picture of Atticus. I hung it up in my room so I can see it all the time. She did such a great job, I love it.

We have been needing another rocking chair since our old one fell apart on us. My parents bought me this really comfortable rocker recliner. I am all set for the next baby and all the rocking that comes with it. Maddie thinks it's pretty comfortable.

I had a great birthday this year. Ryan got me a Kindle. I have been wanting one for so long and I can't wait to download some books and start using it.

San Diego Zoo

On March 21st we had an adventure at the San Diego Zoo. Mom and Dad along with Amma, Ampa, Holden and Maddie loaded in the Honda van and took off to see the animals. It was a fantastic day capped off by an awesome dinner at Anthony's.Maddie was ready to go right away.

Our timing was good. We got to see this beautiful male lion up close.

They are so big and powerful. You appreciate their size up close. Very cool polar bears.

Again, our timing was splendid. We saw the cutest panda bear eating out in the open. Holden's new favorite animal (amongst his many) is the panda. We got him a cute t-shirt and a little stuffed animal that he adores.

The pandas looked surreal. They seemed liked huge stuffed animals. It was a treat to get so close to them.

Holden was in awe. Those panda sure do love bamboo.

Like I keep saying... great luck with the animals. We saw this hulking, majestic beast out in the open.

Happy St. Patrick's Day

Yesterday was St. Patrick's day. We just stayed home but the kids got to wear their cute outfit's, check them out.....
